RMHS 1976 CLASS SURVEY
Please complete the survey below to help us host better reunions and other future events.
Even if you have never attended any class events, please complete the survey and provide us with your feedback.
Download the attached file (if you don't have it already from the email sent out to the class), and then complete the survey in the file. The file uses Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download it for free from Adobe at the following site:

You do not have to complete every question. Any constructive feedback we receive will assist us, so please complete the survey, even if you do not answer every question.

We will analyze the results of the survey and use the feedback to design better events for you in the future. We will share aggregated results with the class (without publishing any names - names are not requested on the survey anyway).
