Sadly, your late registration will now cost $10.00 more. We have to cover our costs.
Tickets for Tomorrow night are $85.00!
Pay cash or check at the door.
I am sorry we can No Longer Honor the Early Bird Special of $55.00 or the Regular Registration Fee of $65.00.
We are losing money at $65.00 per head with the change to the new venues and have to hold the line.
We have been actively promoting the Reunion for over the past six months, and believe we have given folks enough time to register.
I know my dear friends will work me on the $65.00 or $55.00.

Picnic on Sunday, June 26.
We will have it at Lake Needwood.
We will meet at Region1, Shelter A which is directly across the parking lot from The Boathouse.
There will be food at the picnic.
We had two donors come forward with sizeable checks to support the picnic.
They will be recognized Saturday night.
Dredging Continues. There is water in the lake, but the levels are low. No boating.

Dear Classmate:
Yes, we, “SWITCHED UP AGAIN!”
I’m already carrying money out of my pocket for this event, and the Holiday Inn was taking way more. At the time almost 2 weeks ago, we had to make fast decisions.
Positano’s, ( A fine award winning Italian Restaurant in Bethesda held by the same family for almost 40 years) came to our attention and will cost way less.
Folks, this Reunion planning has been a nightmare, your patience and understanding is warmly appreciated.
So, again, we are moving.
It’s way simple! (Attachments will be sent tonight with all of the Venues and Events)

From I-495/Beltway:
Take Exit 31 for Georgia Avenue/MD Route 97 North. Follow Georgia Avenue for almost 7 miles and turn left onto Norbeck Road/MD Route 28. Turn right onto Muncaster Mill Road/MD Route 115. Turn left onto Avery Road, and right onto Needwood Lake Circle to enter Rock Creek Park. Follow the signs to the Boat House.
Lake Needwood. As you enter the grounds, take the first left and the BOATHOUSE is on the right.
Plan on lots of water, drinks, and light refreshments. We will meet at the Boat House.
Don't forget to bring your own yearbooks, as over 35 years, faces have changed.
There are way too many moving parts associated with these changes and venues. Naturally, mistakes may have been made. If any of the enclosed is unclear, kindly shoot us an email and we will correct it for everybody.
The "Parking" attachment will include several free options Friday and Saturday night and will be forwarded tonight.

Senior Raynell Cooper is the winner in this year's "Jeopardy!" Teen Tournament.
The tournament was broadcast nationally through March 2. Raynell won $75,000 and would like to attend GeorgeWashingtonUniversityto study Geography, Political Science, or Urban Planning. He was also this year's Homecoming King!

This Just In:
Senior Raynell Cooper is the winner in this year's "Jeopardy!" Teen Tournament.
The tournament was broadcast nationally through March 2. Raynell won $75,000 and would like to attend GeorgeWashingtonUniversity to study Geography, Political Science, or Urban Planning. He was also this year's Homecoming King!

In order to keep costs down we switched up the date and location (to accommodate our classmates in education. June 11 was the last week of school for many jurisdictions) In addition, we are competing with major PGA Classic with Tiger Woods and Lacrosse events and all of the hotels were sold out. Also, Kyle is out June 19 and we need him for the picnic. J

There will be a block of rooms reserved at a discounted price at the Crowne Plaza, and a cheaper hotel across the parking lot.
The ticket price is not firm yet, but, we are pleased to say, it will be a minimum of $25.00 less than you paid at the 30th.
The going rate in the DC area for 2011 Reunions is $100-115.00
We will be way under that amount.
All of this is due to not hiring a Reunion Company to assist us.
The primary reason to secure a Reunion Company is for the research component.
(Finding Classmates) Because we have 285 active emails for Classmates, we do not necessarily need the company to find more classmates.
Yes, they will pick up a dozen or more MIA’s, but for the most part, most people who want to be found are found.
